Commercial Movers DFW

Office and Business Moving Across the Metroplex

A commercial move is measured in downtime. Every hour your team cannot work is money, so the entire job has to be planned backwards from the moment you need to be operational again. We move offices, retail spaces, medical practices and warehouses across the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, and we do it on your schedule including nights and weekends.

From the Las Colinas towers to the corporate campuses along the Richardson Telecom Corridor and Legacy West in Plano, we know what a building requires before a crew can work in it. Certificates of insurance, reserved freight elevators, dock windows and after hours building access all get arranged ahead of time, not discovered on move night.

We are a direct carrier with our own crews and trucks, so your move does not depend on a subcontractor honoring someone else’s commitment.

How We Plan a Commercial Move

We start with a walkthrough of both spaces and a floor plan of the destination. Everything gets labeled to a room or a station number so the crew is placing items instead of asking questions. We agree on the sequence, which departments move first, what has to be operational Monday morning, and we build the schedule backwards from that.

Minimizing Downtime

The goal is that your team leaves on Friday and works on Monday. That usually means moving over a weekend or overnight, staging in phases so critical functions never go dark, and setting up the new space in the order your people will actually need it. Non essential storage and archives can move first, well ahead of the main event.

Office Furniture and Equipment

Workstations, cubicle systems and conference tables get disassembled, wrapped and rebuilt at the new location. Monitors, servers and networking gear are wrapped and crated where needed. If you have specialty equipment such as medical or lab machinery, tell us during the walkthrough so we bring the right crew and equipment.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can you move our office over a weekend?
Yes. Most of our commercial moves run nights or weekends so your team does not lose operating days.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. Send us your building requirements and we will have the certificate issued before move day.
Do you disassemble and reassemble workstations?
Yes. Cubicle systems, workstations and conference tables are broken down, moved and rebuilt at the new space.
How far ahead should we book a commercial move?
Give us as much lead time as you can, ideally 4 to 6 weeks, so building access and elevator windows can be locked in at both ends.
